As this is the official online store of Tansi Jewels, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from Tansi Jewels. And also we do provide a warranty for our jewellery for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. We will cover all types of repairs and polish issues free of cost during that period. However, if the product is crushed or completely tampered, we will not be able to help you.

All orders within India are eligible for free shipping. Delivery fees do apply, though, if orders are being shipped outside of India. Our goal is to give our consumers clear, cost-effective shipping choices so they can shop with confidence.

Orders within India are shipped via DTDC/Delhivery/FedEx/Indian Speed post and are delivered within 10-15 working days for readily available products. International orders are shipped via International EMS, a speed post service by India Postal services- delivery time: 25-40 working days. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. For International orders, there might be delays due to customs clearance procedures. .International Orders We do not have any control once the product is handed over to the logistics.
