Terms and Conditions

General Terms

  • Coupons & Offers: Ensure you check the expiry date on each coupon before use, as they are subject to expiration.
  • Size Awareness: Know your size before purchase. For size discrepancies, reach out to us for exchanges.
  • Custom Jewellery Delivery: Custom orders are not time-sensitive. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays.
  • Refunds & Returns:
    • No refunds or returns for late-delivered custom orders.
    • Refunds will be processed after deducting a 3% processing fee.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Undelivered Items:
    • Tansi Jewels is not responsible for claims of undelivered items when valid Proof of Delivery (POD) and status updates exist.
    • If delivery partners confirm shipment delivery, customers must address disputes directly with the delivery company.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free. For one-day or priority shipping, an additional fee will apply.

Product Accountability

  • Jewellery Quality: All jewellery is 925 hallmarked. We take full accountability for defects or purity concerns.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Shipping charges are waived for items with manufacturing defects.
  • Repairs & Wear and Tear:
    • General wear and tear after 7 days will require customers to bear shipping charges.
    • Unboxing video is mandatory to claim damages or missing items.

Polish Warranty

  • Warranty Period: Polish warranty is valid for 30 days from the shipment date.
  • Conditions:
    • Wear and tear due to water or moisture exposure is not covered.
    • Only polish defects on non-contact areas are eligible for coverage.
  • Complimentary Polishing:
    • A one-time complimentary polishing service is offered.
    • Customers must pack and pay for shipping.
  • Lifetime Service: Lifetime polishing and repairs are available for a one-time fee of ₹399.

Customization

  • Customized jewellery is neither exchangeable nor returnable.
  • Initial shipping for custom accessory orders is the customer’s responsibility; subsequent shipping costs will be covered by Tansi Jewels.
  • Allow at least 4 weeks for the dispatch of custom orders, though they may ship earlier.
  • Tansi Jewels will not be accountable for unforeseen damages during customization.

Buy-Back Programme

  • India’s first-ever jewellery buy-back policy.
  • Eligibility:
    • Available only between 6 months and 1 year of purchase.
    • Jewellery must pass quality checks to qualify. Damaged or broken jewellery will impact the buy-back value or disqualify eligibility.
  • Process:
    • After meeting quality checks, customers receive a coupon code equivalent to the buy-back value.
    • The coupon can be applied for a flat discount on future purchases.
  • Note:
    • Buy-back initiation is irreversible and cannot be cancelled once started.

Additional Notes

  • Jewellery polish may wear off with direct water contact or prolonged exposure to moisture.
  • Tansi Jewels executives hold the ultimate authority for decisions on refunds, exchanges, and claims.
