Returns, Refunds, and Exchange
- In case of manufacturing defects, customers can opt for a return or exchange their jewelry for another item.
- Reach out to us via email within 72 hours of receiving your product to be eligible for an exchange or return. Requests beyond 72 hours will not be entertained.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. Contact our support team at tansijewels@gmail.com.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Products can only be returned under:
- Manufacturing defects
- Purity of the silver is not 92.5%
- If customer-shared images match those shared on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the return and offer an exchange instead.
- Exchanges will be provided, or the customer can opt for store credit.
- Products with manufacturing defects ordered during flash sales or exclusive offers are eligible for exchange only.
- Exchanged products found defective will only be eligible for further exchanges.
- Our store does not commit to delivery timelines. Some items may take 3-4 weeks to dispatch.
- No refunds or returns for late deliveries.
- Gold Orders: No returns or refunds. Repairs will be done, and replacements will be provided in case of defects.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 working days after initiation. Customers will receive a confirmation call and email.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders once processed cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as fraudulent behavior, technical bugs, or false information.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Customized or damaged goods after usage cannot be returned.
- No cancellations for late deliveries. We do not provide time-bound commitments or guarantees for delivery dates.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank. Processing time may delay the refund.
- If you've done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at tansijewels@gmail.com.
- No refunds are issued for timeline-related order issues.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and gold items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We replace defective or damaged items. To exchange, email us at tansijewels@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed upon receiving the returned item.
- If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Return Shipping

- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If shipping an item worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
