Refund policy

Returns, refunds, cancellations and exchange:
1. In case of manufacturing defects, customers can opt-in for a return or they can go ahead and
exchange their jewellery for another one.
2. Make sure you reach out to us via email within 72 hours of receiving your product to be
eligible for an exchange or return. Requests beyond 72 hours will not be
entertained.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not
send
your purchase back to the manufacturer directly, write to our support team at
tansijewels@gmail.com
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
5. Products can only be returned under a.)Manufacturing defects b.)The purity of the silver is not
92.5%. The looks, feel and other issues will only be eligible for an exchange.
6. If the images shared by the customer are found to match the ones shared on the website, we
will reserve the right to cancel the return and offer an exchange. 7. The exchange will be
provided or a customer can go ahead and take the store credit.
8. Products carrying "Manufacturing defects" ordered under Flash sale, exclusive anniversary
offers, etc., will be eligible for exchange only.
9. Exchanged products if found defective or are carrying any other manufacturing defect, will be
eligible for further "exchanges" only.
10. Our store does not have any delivery commitment or guarantees. Some items may take 3-4
weeks to dispatch.
11. NO GOLD ORDERS ARE RETURNED OR REFUNDED, IN CASE OF DEFECTS
REPAIRS WILL BE DONE AND REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED.
12. No refunds are issued for late deliveries.
13. We do not have any order cancellation policies.
14. Kindly allow us 5-10 working days to process your refund.
15. Once your refund is initiated you will get a confirmation call as well as an email, confirming
your refund.
16. A customer can either request a refund for any of the valid cases as mentioned
above or for a replacement. No alterations in the requests will be entertained post confirmation.
17. A maximum of one exchange is allowed per order.
Cancellation policy:
1. Order once processed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Woke hold all rights to cancel any order for issues ranging to but not limited to fraudulent
behaviour, technical bugs, false information.
3. For custom orders, cancellation is not available, returns or exchanges will not be allowed, and
no refunds will be issued to customers.
4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized goods and broken or
damaged goods after usage cannot be returned. 5. No cancellation allowed for late deliveries.
We do not have any "time bound commitments" or "delivery date guarantee" policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.
•No refunds are issued for timeline related issues of orders.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same

Gifts
● If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll
receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift
certificate will be mailed to you.
● If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order
shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he
will find out about your return.
Return shipping
•To return your product, you should mail your product to Old no.2, new no.14, MARGANDEYAN
STREET ( Near PERVALLUR Bus Stop ) , Pervallur , Chennai - 82
•You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will
be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product reach you, may
vary.
•If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your
returned item.

Terms Of Service- (Please Readbefore Purchase)

1. Coupons and offers are subject to expiry, make sure you read the expiry on each
coupon.
2. Be sure to know your size before the purchase, in case of size discrepancies, feel free to
reach out to us for "EXCHANGES".
3. Custom jewellery orders are not time sensitive, we try to deliver them as soon as possible
however, in case of some unforeseen cases we might take extra days to make and deliver the
goods.
4. No refunds or returns are issued for "custom orders" which are delivered late. 5. In case a
piece of jewellery is claimed undelivered, despite all valid POD and status updates, the
company will not be held responsible.
6. If the associated delivery partner claims that the shipment was delivered, the consignee shall
further take up the matter with the delivery company. Tansi Jewels will not be responsible.
7. All jewellery is 925 hallmarked and we take 100% accountability in case of any defects or
purity concerns
8. For any manufacturing defects customer will not be required to pay shipping charges.
However, for any repairs or damages caused due to general wear and tear after 7 days of
purchase customer will be liable for the shipping charges.
9. "MAKE SURE TO PREPARE AN UNBOXING VIDEO" To claim damages and missing items.
10. Refunds will be initiated after deducting a 3% processing fee.
11. The polish of the jewellery may be worn off in case of direct contact with water or if left
exposed to moisture.
12. Polish warranty is for 30 days from the date of shipment.
13. Allows us 5-10 working days to dispatch your order, but it may be dispatched sooner as well
14. The Polish warranty does not cover usage wear and tear, since usability, exposure to water
and body sweat differ from person to person, thus only in case the Polish has a manufacturing
defect or wears off from a "non-contact region" will be covered. Contact surface polish wear and
tear will not be covered under the warranty.
15. If jewellery is found to be worn or exposed to moisture by our executives no refund will be
initiated. The Tansi Jewels executives have the ultimate power of decision.
16. All shipping is free unless you want a one-day or priority shipment. In that case, a small
additional fee will be charged.
17. Customized jewellery neither be "EXCHANGED" nor be "RETURNED"
18. For customizing accessories, the initial shipping of the product will be borne by the
customer, hence forward all other shipping costs to be borne by TANSI JEWELS
POLISHING SERVICE-
1. Products are covered under one complimentary polishing service. Since sweat, moisture and
climate are uncontrollable, we offer a one-time complimentary polishing service at no extra cost.
2. However, the customer will be responsible to pack and pay for the shipment charges of the
product. Polishing and repairs will be absolutely free of cost
3. Lifetime plating and repairs service is available at a one-time fee of INR399.
Custom Jewellery1. Customers can customize a piece of jewellery, get custom pendants, or customize their
accessories.
2. In the case of personal accessory customization in case of any unforeseen
damage to the accessory, TANSI JEWELS will not be accountable in case of any damage to the
accessory.
3. Please allow us at least 4 weeks of time for dispatch, but we may ship it sooner! 4. Custom
jewellery orders are not time sensitive, we try to deliver them as soon as possible however, in
case of some unforeseen cases we might take extra days to make and deliver the goods.
5. No refunds or returns are issued for "custom orders" which are delivered late.
Buy-back Programme1. This is India's first ever buy-back policy.
2. Every item comes with a buy-back value, which will be disclosed to the customer only at the
time of maturity of the policy.
3. A customer can avail of the buyback, only after 6 months and before 1 year of purchase.
4. The jewellery will be picked up by our pickup partner.
5. The jewellery must not be damaged or broken, as it will affect the buyback value for the item
6. Once we have received the jewellery, and it meets our quality checks, a coupon code
equivalent to the buyback amount will be sent to the customer.
7. This coupon can be applied and the consumers can avail of a flat discount equivalent to the
buyback value.
8. If the image sent by the customer is damaged, broken or unfit as per our quality checks the
value of the product will be affected or he may not be eligible for the buy back at all.
NOTE: - Once you initiated the buyback it cannot be cancelled mid-order, before exchange or
after exchange. So be sure before you start it.
